This dynamic, interactive 3-hour session explores how each team member’s strengths shape the overall team dynamic.
Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, your team will learn how individual strengths contribute to the bigger picture, with each strength and individual playing a role in your team's dynamics.
By the end, the team will have practical insights and strategies to improve their dynamics and start making positive changes right away.

Pre-requisite:

Prior completion of the CliftonStrengths Assessment and an Individual Discovery Coaching Session for each team member is required.

The number of assessments and coaching sessions is limitless. However, for the Team Impact Session, we recommend a maximum of 14 people to ensure everyone has the opportunity to actively participate, be heard, and fully benefit from the session's interactive approach.
