WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • This dynamic, interactive 3-hour session explores how each team member’s strengths shape the overall team dynamic.

    Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, your team will learn how individual strengths contribute to the bigger picture, with each strength and individual playing a role in your team's dynamics.

    By the end, the team will have practical insights and strategies to improve their dynamics and start making positive changes right away.

  • Pre-requisite:

    • Prior completion of the CliftonStrengths Assessment and an Individual Discovery Coaching Session for each team member is required.

  • Session capacity:

    • The number of assessments and coaching sessions is limitless. However, for the Team Impact Session, we recommend a maximum of 14 people to ensure everyone has the opportunity to actively participate, be heard, and fully benefit from the session's interactive approach.
