While God calls us all to spread the Good News, you might be curious about why I’m considered qualified to lead an intensive retreat for women. God has blessed me with unique gifts that enable me to help people, to truly listen, and to understand what isn’t always spoken aloud. I depend on God to guide me in all that I do. His presence in my life has shaped a compelling testimony that He uses for me to sow seeds in people's hearts – and God nurtures their growth.
I studied Psychology and earned my Honours degree. After graduating, I experienced a period of unemployment before being blessed with an opportunity to join a company. I'm grateful for all I learned there, the people I met, and the various roles I was able to serve in.
During my 24-year career in the corporate world, I specialized in working with both individuals and teams. I facilitated numerous team workshops and sessions, and I also led the implementation of company-wide programs. After my corporate tenure, which ended in a retrenchment, I embarked on a new path and established my own coaching practice. My corporate background in Human Resources has equipped me with valuable skills, experience, and insights into effective facilitation. While this journey has presented its challenges, I have felt a profound sense of grace in pursuing this calling.

I have had the privilege of co-hosting successful women's retreats in the past.
I have completed several courses to enhance my coaching approach, including Compassionate Inquiry and IFS-informed coaching, and I am also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
I use the CliftonStrengths Assessment to help individuals understand their behaviours, thoughts, and feelings more clearly. It provides a clear and accessible language to articulate what we may know about ourselves but haven't been able to express.
I sincerely hope to meet you and be a vessel through which God will touch and impact your heart.
